William is the founder of Whitehead Business Solutions. He received his BS in Accounting from the University of North Texas. Prior to starting Whitehead Business Solutions, William worked in various Tax and Accounting roles in Corporate America gaining extensive experience in accounting systems, internal controls, corporate taxes, accounting process design and implementation. Throughout his corporate career, he held accounting positions of increasing responsibilities at various Fortune 500 retailers in the DFW area leading up to controller and chief financial officer (CFO) at smaller companies. William brings over 20 years of accounting, tax and business experience to Whitehead Business Solutions. William and his wife and their two daughters live in Frisco, Texas.

Auralie Whitehead, CPA

COO, Whitehead Business Solutions

Auralie earned her BBA with a double major in Accounting and Finance from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) licensened in the state of Texas. Auralie spent the first 9 years of her career in the Assurance practice of Ernst & Young LLP (one of the four largest public accounting firms in the world). After leaving Ernst & Young, Auralie spent 3 years as Director of Corporate Finance with a Fortune 500 company in Plano, Texas where she was involved in mergers and acquisitions, drafting accounting policies, researching complex accounting matters, coordination of the external audit and internal management reporting. Auralie is excited to bring her over 15 years of experience to Whitehead Business Solutions. Auralie lives in Frisco with her husband and their two daughters.
